After submitting the form you will be directed to a page to select which package you would like, you can choose out of 3; Bronze, Silver or Gold. To view the packages that will suit you, view our formation packages.
Form Instructions:
The first page contains basic information about your company. On the subsequent pages, you will be asked to input information about the company's secretary, directors and shareholders.
There may be only one secretary per company.
You will also be asked to upload a copy of each person's passport in PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF format. The maximum file size is 500kB. (This is optional and can be sent later if they are not at hand right now)
On the last page, you will have an opportunity to review your application and print a copy for your records.
